Thoughtful aesthetic care begins with understanding your individual goals.

Understanding Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers are injectable gel-like substances used to add or restore volume, soften certain facial lines and folds, and enhance facial contours.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a naturally occurring substance found in the body. HA-based fillers, including products in the Juvéderm collection, can temporarily add volume to selected treatment areas.
Why Juvéderm?
The Juvéderm collection includes different hyaluronic acid fillers designed for specific aesthetic concerns and anatomical treatment areas. The appropriate product, injection area, and treatment plan depend on an individual assessment.

What to Expect
STEP 01
YOUR CONSULTATION
Your provider discusses your aesthetic goals, reviews your medical history, evaluates facial anatomy, and recommends appropriate treatment options.
STEP 02
THE PROCEDURE
Your treatment may involve injections of a selected dermal filler into targeted areas. Some fillers contain lidocaine, and your provider may discuss additional comfort measures. Appointment duration depends on the treatment plan.
STEP 03
RESULTS & FOLLOW-UP
Volume changes may be visible immediately, although swelling can temporarily affect the appearance. Final assessment, recovery, and the duration of results vary by product and individual response.
Your Safety Comes First
Dermal filler injections are medical procedures. A consultation is essential to discuss your medical history, treatment goals, possible benefits, limitations, and risks.
Important Considerations
Possible Side Effects
- Previous allergies or reactions to dermal fillers, lidocaine, or product ingredients
- Active infection, inflammation, cold sores, or skin problems near treatment site
- Bleeding disorders and medications including anticoagulants
- Previous fillers, facial treatments, or relevant medical history
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Suitability is determined by the clinician; these are not all absolute contraindications.
Common reactions may include redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, discomfort, itching, or temporary firmness and lumps. Infection, inflammatory reactions, nodules, and other complications are also possible.
Rare but serious complications can occur if filler unintentionally enters a blood vessel. These include tissue damage, vision changes or blindness, and stroke. Seek immediate medical attention for unusual or severe pain, vision changes, white, gray or blue skin discoloration, or stroke-like symptoms during or after treatment.
